How to use

Four steps to a healthier coat

  1. Wet your pet’s coat thoroughly with clean water.
  2. Apply a generous amount of shampoo and massage into the coat using circular motions, avoiding the eyes.
  3. Leave it on for 5–10 minutes so the natural ingredients can work, especially around tick-prone areas.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and towel dry. Use regularly to maintain a healthy, tick-free coat.

Will this remove ticks that are already on my dog? +

It helps repel and deter ticks, but embedded ticks must be removed physically. For an active infestation, speak to your vet — a shampoo alone is not a treatment.

How often can I bathe my dog with it? +

Every 2–3 weeks is a good rhythm, or as needed for tick-prone coats. Bathing too often can dry out the skin, whatever shampoo you use.

Is it safe for cats? +

Yes — it’s paraben-free and lick-safe, which matters a lot with cats since they groom immediately after.

Do I really need to leave it on for 5–10 minutes? +

For general cleaning, a shorter wash is fine. But for tick-prone areas, the 5–10 minute soak lets the neem work properly — it’s worth the wait.

Is it safe for puppies? +

Yes, from around 8 weeks. Rinse thoroughly and dry them properly afterwards.
