By accessing the Site, browsing it, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your use of it.

You agree that the information you give us — name, delivery address, phone number, email — is accurate and current. We are not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, repeated unjustified refund claims, abuse of promotional codes, resale in breach of clause 5, or abuse directed at our staff or delivery partners.
Descriptions and images. We take care to describe our products accurately. Packaging, formulation and images may change from time to time, and colours may render differently across screens. Minor variation between the image and the product delivered is not a defect.
Pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Pricing errors. Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. Where the error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance takes place when we dispatch the goods.
Availability. Listing a product does not guarantee availability. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will cancel that line and refund it in full under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Offers. Promotional codes, discounts and bundle offers are subject to their own stated conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time. Our Instagram-linked discount offer is subject to the terms published with it.
Our products are sold for the personal use of your own companion animals. They are not for resale, redistribution or commercial repackaging without our prior written consent.

Petfunda products — including grooming products, topical sprays, paw care products, wipes and nutritional supplements — are pet care and wellness products. They are not veterinary medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition in any animal.
Content published on the Site, including blog articles, breed guides, care guides and product descriptions, is general information only. It is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a registered veterinarian.

Animals vary. A product that suits one animal may not suit another. We do not warrant any particular outcome, improvement or result.
All content on the Site — the Petfunda name and logo, product names, text, blog articles, photographs, videos, illustrations, page layout and design — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, systematically extract, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Automated scraping, crawling for the purpose of data extraction, and use of Site content to train machine learning models are all prohibited without written consent.
If you submit a review, comment, photograph or other material to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that material in connection with our business, including in marketing, without further consent or payment.
You confirm that the material is your own, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading or abusive. We may remove any user content at our discretion and without notice.
The Site links to third-party services including our logistics partner, payment gateways and social media platforms. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your use of a payment gateway is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B.N.Pharmaceuticals, its directors, employees and partners against any claim, loss, damage, liability or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, epidemic or pandemic, strike, riot, war, act of government, failure of a courier network, or failure of internet or power infrastructure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to clause 15, the courts at Bulandshahr have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
