How to use

Four steps, once a week

  2. Gently clean the visible folds of the outer ear.
  3. Stop at the point where you can no longer see. Never insert into the ear canal.
  4. Use a fresh wipe for the second ear. Repeat 1–2 times a week.

The Eye & Ear Wipes are flat and do both areas. These are finger-fit and built specifically for ears — better grip, better reach into the folds. If ears are your main concern, choose these.

How often should I clean my dog's ears? +

Floppy-eared or swimming dogs: once or twice a week. Upright-eared dogs: every 2–3 weeks is usually enough.

My dog's ears smell bad even after cleaning. What now? +

Persistent odour, dark discharge or constant head-shaking can mean an infection. Please see a vet — wipes are for maintenance, not treatment.

Can I use these inside the ear canal? +

No. Clean only what you can see. Anything deeper is a vet’s job.
